Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship

Our current turnaround time is 2-6 weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email. Once the order is received by the post office (usually within 2-3 days), the tracking number will update and allow you to follow your delivery's progress.

Shipping

Currently we only offer shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS with standard insurance. 

Lost Package

If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, you may need to wait a day or two. Often lost packages appear after being marked for delivery. If your package still does not turn up, contact USPS to submit a service request (link to USPS lost package FAQ).

Additionally, if your package is missing or damaged in transit, reach out to us at hookandlocket@gmail.com. All orders are sent with standard insurance and we will submit a claim and help you get on track to receiving your items.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of item delivery on domestic USA orders. Please email us at hookandlocket@gmail.com to initiate this process.

We will only accept returns and/or exchanges on original unused skeins. They must be received in their original form. We do not accept returns or exchanges on yarn that has been wound, caked, or knit with.

Items approved for return or exchange must be shipped within 21 days of original item delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once we have received your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
